Setup service

Free​

We offer a free setup service for all our customers:

  • free subscriptions: 1 import channel per user.
  • paid subscriptions: 1-2 import channels per paid subscription.

The setup service includes​

  • Setting up the import channel (header template) based on a provided sample file
  • Creating the default bank rule (or 4 custom bank rules based on your wishes)
  • Creating the default transaction rule (or up to 4 transaction rules based on your wishes)

How to request the setup service​

Send send us an email with the following information:

  • The email address of your accrio account
  • The company name you want to the setup for (company must already exist in accrio)
  • A sample csv file with at least 2 transactions, either
    • the original csv file (not opened in excel) -> works best to spot issues early
    • a shortened/anonymised version of your csv file:
      • to shorten/anonymise the file, please open the file in a plain text editor (Windows Notepad / MacOS TextEdit) and remove all lines after the first two transaction lines:
      • do not open the csv file in excel as this will change the file format and might cause issues with the import or might lead to a wrong setup.
  • Any special wishes you have regarding the setup (e.g. custom bank rules, custom transaction rules, special use cases etc.)
