Accrio's pricing model primarily covers technical support (issues, bugs, feature requests) and a setup service.

But it doesn't has to stop there. If you need additional assistance related or unrelated to accrio/bexio, we're happy to help you on an hourly basis.

Bank Account Balance Mismatch (1:1 Comparison)

You're finalizing your year end and the account balance of your bank account doesn't match the balance in your accounting system.

• We can usually narrow down balance issues within 30-60 minutes to a few transactions or to specific dates where the account balance doesn't match.
• It can take more time to actually fix the issues, but at least you know where to look.
• We can also help you to fix the issues, but this can take a few hours, depending on the quantity and complexity of the issues.

Transfer Account Balance Mismatch (in:out Comparison)

Something went wrong on a transfer account and the balance doesn't match zero. Since the in and out transactions happened on different dates, it's hard to find the issue. Depending on your data set, we're able to find the issue within 30-60 minutes. E.g.
