Reconnect with with bexio
If you have problems with the connection to Bexio, you can reconnect with Bexio in the company settings.
How to reconnect
1. Go to Company settings
2. Click on Company profile & Bexio linking
3. Scroll down and click on the green button «connected»
4. Click on «unlink»
Click on the red button. Then the connection is cancelled.
5. Reconnect
The green button should then turn blue again and you can reconnect (if you use several logins in Bexio, it is best to log out in bexio first and login with the correct account).
6. Check your connection again
If step 5 was successful the company name of your Bexio client should be displayed in green.
